The PMR President was briefed on the implementation of the Capital Investment Fund and work financed by the Road Fund

The President requested information on the implementation of the 2025 Capital Investment Fund. The capital investment program has been significantly reduced this year. Only socially significant facilities, the renovation or construction of which was begun in previous periods, remain in progress. The major renovation of the infectious diseases building of the Republican Clinical Hospital in Tiraspol is the second year. The projected completion date is December 2025. The plan for the second stage is currently 26% complete.

The state archive building is on the list for this year. The renovation lasted five years and was opened a year ago. The new building is gradually becoming occupied. New equipment has been purchased and installed, including for the preservation of documents on non-traditional media. The facility is scheduled for completion in November of this year, as approved by the state commission.

The creation of a local history museum is also a rolling project. Its implementation began in 2022. This year's contractual obligations are 78% complete.

Construction of a sports complex on the grounds of School No. 15 was completed this year in Bendery. The work lasted three years. The two-year renovation of the Memorial of Military Glory with the improvement of Heroes' Square in Bendery was completed in August.

The second phase of the go-kart track renovation has been completed in Grigoriopol. Technical documentation for the commissioning of this section is being prepared.

The Memorial to the Victims of Fascism was renovated under the capital investment program in the Dubossary district. Major renovations began in 2023. A ceremony to reopen the memorial site after extensive renovation took place in September of this year.

The emergency room and emergency medical services facilities of the Central District Hospital were renovated under the capital investment program for residents of Kamenka. The work lasted from 2022 to March 2025. The PMR President was presented with a list of projects on the waiting list.

As for the Road Fund, it was repeatedly cut over the course of the year. The initial stated need (including the need to pay off accounts payable) was 285 million. Unusual economic circumstances forced an almost complete abandonment of construction and major repairs. Funds were allocated primarily for emergency response and weather response, road maintenance, street lighting, and electricity bills. 70 million rubles were allocated from the Road Fund over the first nine months of this year  with a final plan of 126 million (55% funding). In addition, the 2024 debt of 18.4 million rubles was repaid. Nevertheless, funds were still found for repairs on particularly problematic sections. 785 square meters of roadway along Chisinau Street were repaired (1.2 million rubles) in Bendery. Four areas were repaired in Kamenka district: Kamenka-Kuzmin – major repairs of 5840 square meters of road and installation of drainage (1.5 million rubles); Kamenka – Krasny Oktyabr – roadbed repairs and construction of an 864-meter storm drain (almost three million rubles); and renewal of 5199 square meters of pavement on the Tiraspol – Kamenka highway (5.2 million rubles).
