The PMR President received an appeal from citizens who consider themselves defrauded real estate investors. We are talking about the participants in the shared construction of two five-story houses with attics, built-in and attached service and storage facilities in Yunosti Street 54, 56 (Tiraspol). The agreement on joint activities at this facility was concluded between the housing construction cooperative and CJSC "Construction Trust" in the summer of 2012. Commissioning was planned in stages: one house was planned before the end of 2014, the second – exactly one year later. The agreed schedule was not met. The high-rise building in Yunosti Street, 54 was put into operation not only with a four-month delay, but also with serious shortcomings. Owners of 38 apartments in Yunosti Street, 56, and cannot get their hands on title documents at all. The reason is that construction has not been officially completed. Verification measures have shown that Stroytrest has not been carrying out its main activities for several years, and since last year the numerical strength of the enterprise has been reduced to one person. A contract was concluded for the performance of work with another LLC in 2017, registered more than promptly - just a few days before the signing of an agreement on joint activities. This organization has pledged to complete construction in the fourth quarter of 2021. The condition was not met. At the same time, the company's license for construction work expired on August 10 of this year. 93 percent readiness of the facility has been declared at the moment. The President instructed to check the accuracy of this information, as well as to carry out control measures in terms of compliance with the law and concluded contractual relations. They sorted out the details during today's meeting. Vadim Krasnoselsky invited representatives of the Administration of the President of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic, the government, the capital's state administration, the Department of Architecture, Construction and Road Facilities, the Prosecutor's Office of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic, and the department for combating economic crimes to discuss. Perpetrators will be held accountable if fraud is found. The President gave a three-week period for verification.
