Aсtor Alexander Bondarenko: We’re ready to reach out a helping hand to all who are in need

Tiraspol, May 31/ Novosti Pridnestrovya/. Actor of the Aronetskaya Pridnestrovian State Theater of Drama and Comedy Alexander Bondarenko believes that neighboring countries have no reason to fear Pridnestrovie.

“We, Pridnestrovians, are peaceful people, and I think that each of us doesn’t want a war. We’re ready to reach out a helping hand to all who are in need, and now we’re proving it. We extend our hand of friendship and help to those who are now in a difficult situation,” Alexander Bondarenko noted in an interview with Novosti Pridnestrovya news agency.

According to the actor’s opinion, a lot of disinformation is spreading on the Internet that Pridnestrovie allegedly poses a threat to neighboring states. There’s no reason for such rumors, the actor strongly believes.

“I think that this can be inferred from our history. This wound of our thirty-year tragedy is still fresh. Generally, it wasn’t so long ago, <…> only one generation has grown up, and we all remember it. I was too little, and I remember shots, this panic, and my parents’ fear. We don’t want a war and, of course, we aren’t planning to attack anyone, simply because we know what war is and how disgusting and terrible it is,” Alexander Bondarenko describes. 

According to the actor, over more than thirty years of history, Pridnestrovie has proved that it always enters into dialogue and tries to find a common and interaction with its neighbors.
