Moscow, August 1. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. During the today's press conference in the Russian publishing house of Argumenty i Fakty, the Pridnestrovie's Prime Minister Alexander Martynov has told about an effective example of cooperation with Russia and the Eurasian Union.
Answering the moderator's question whether the Pridnestrovian factor can bring Moldova into the Eurasian integration space, the Prime Minister has noted that he doesn't rule out such option and has highlighted the advantages of such cooperation experienced by the residents of Pridnestrovie today.
«Collaboration between the governments of Pridnestrovie and Russia is a good example of how the state integrated into the Eurasian Economic Union can improve the living standards of the citizens through these joint integration actions. We already see this benefit in Pridnestrovie today. Our social infrastructure has begun working in a different way, our average pensions are higher, than in the RM and Ukraine, we have lower cost of the utility services," Martynov has noted.
He has noted that positive social policy is conducted in Pridnestrovie — the pensioners here unlike those ones in Moldova don't freeze in winter and live in normal conditions.
«It is an example of how cooperation with Russia and with the Eurasian Union benefits the people. There is no such cooperation in Moldova, and the living standards of the people is low," the Prime Minister has concluded.
