Tiraspol, November 13. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. The members of the Pridnestrovian delegation met with the president of South Ossetia Anatoly Bibilov, the press service of the Pridnestrovian Supreme Council reports. The head of the state noted that the relations between the republics are on the rise.
"Of course, there are some difficulties which prvent us from working more closely. But anyway, the eagerness of our people to interact, to develop brotherly and friendly relations between our republics doesn't abandon us. And we will take concrete steps in this direction," Anatoly Bibilov noted.
The chairman of the Pridnestrovian Supreme Council thanked Anatoly Bibilov for the meeting and noted that he was on the hospitable South Ossetian land for the first time. Alexander Shcherba rewarded the head of the republic with the highest award of legislature of Pridnestrovie – the Medal "For Contribution to the Cause of Parliamentarism". In return, Anatoly Bibilov awarded Alexander Shcherba the Order of Friendship and also awarded the members of the Pridnestrovian delegation the medals "In Commemoration of the 25 Anniversary of the Republic of South Ossetia".
