Vadim Krasnoselsky held a meeting on the formation of the 2026 Capital Investment Fund. The Head of the Administration of the PMR President, the Chairman of the Government of the PMR, the ministers of economics and health, the chief physician of the Republican Clinical Hospital, and the heads of the state university and the Department of Construction, Architecture, and Road Management of the Ministry of Economic Development were invited to the working discussion. This list of participants is due to the previously adopted decision to allocate funds next year under the capital investment program for ongoing projects. These primarily include buildings of the Republican Clinical Hospital, district clinics and hospitals, and the Pridnestrovian State University named after Taras Shevchenko. The participants detailed the scope of upcoming work and the required financing.
Regarding this year's capital investment program, the state currently has no outstanding debt on fulfilled obligations, according to Alexander Rosenberg. Loans for 2024 have also been closed.
