Tiraspol, April 19. / Novosti Pridnestrovya/. Representatives of the Office of the Commissioner for Human Rights checked detention conditions of prisoners in the Penitentiary facility №3 of the Civil service of punishments execution of the MJ of the PMR (the female site).
Experts led discussions with convicts, explained rules of law in the field of observance of the rights of motherhood and the childhood, checked conditions of the finding of children in Children's home at the Penitentiary facility №3.
«Children of the condemned women to 3-year age are provided with food, necessary things on the norms established for the children who are in children's homes of correctional facilities. Violations of the specified requirements are not revealed. There are no complaints to conditions of keeping from convicts», - it is said in the press release of the Office of the Commissioner for Human Rights.
