Yevgeny Shevchuk meets with Ambassador-at-large of Russian MFA, special envoy of the Russian Federation to 5+2 format Sergey Gubarev

It is a reminder that the head of state makes a working visit to the capital of the Russian Federation

Tiraspol, September 4. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. In Moscow, the Pridnestrovie's President Yevgeny Shevchuk has met with the Ambassador-at-large of the Russian MFA, the special envoy of the Russian Federation to the 5+2 format Sergey Gubarev.

It is a reminder that the head of state makes a working visit to the capital of the Russian Federation.

The issues concerning the current state of the 5+2 format negotiations have been discussed during the today's meeting. Within the dialogue, the Pridnestrovie's President Yevgeny Shevchuk and the Ambassador-at-large of the Russian MFA Sergey Gubarev have focused on the official letter of the Pridnestrovie's Foreign Minister, the Pridnestrovie's Political Affairs Representative for Negotiations from Pridestrovie Vitaly Ignatyev with an offer to hold a meeting among 5+2 format participants before the end of the year. The Pridnestrovie's President hopes that the other format participants will answer to this offer quickly, the Presidential Press Office reports.

The sides have also discussed some parameters of the Russian-Pridnestrovian cooperation.
