Tiraspol, December 29. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. The mayor of Novosibirsk Anatoly Lokot congratulated Oleg Dovgopol on taking office of the head of the Tiraspol and Dnestrovsk State Administration.
«I am sure that your professionalism, competence and experience in city council will help you to manage our twin-city of Tiraspol for the best interests of all residents," Anatoly Lokot noted in the congratulation published on the website of the capital State Administration.
He also expressed hope for effective cooperation and further development of twin-city relations between Novosibirsk and Tiraspol.
