The consolidated decision to extend the state of emergency introduced in connection with the coronavirus pandemic in Pridnestrovie until June 1 of this year was taken in the course of the meeting of the Operational Headquarters under the President PMR. Members of the Operational Headquarters are unanimous in the opinion that this measure, under which quarantine restrictions will continue to apply, will minimize the spread of the virus among population of the republic. Vadim Krasnoselsky called on the employees of the internal affairs bodies not to weaken, but rather to tighten control over quarantine requirements by citizens of the republic and business entities, many of which have started work today.
