The study is a project of the Eurasian branch of the World Organization United Cities and Local Governments (UCLG) in the field of international activity of municipalities.

There were only assessed those indicators of international activity that depend on the work of local authorities. Therefore, the high position of Tiraspol is a merit of the city leadership.
