3971 Pridnestrovians are carriers of COVID-19 at the moment according to the information announced in the course of the meeting of the Operational Headquarters under the President for prevention of the spread of coronavirus. 1860 of them are being treated at home, 2109 are in quarantine hospitals. The workload of the network of infectious diseases hospitals is 85%. 2 patients are citizens who are in places of imprisonment (437 cases of infection were registered totally by the State Service for the Execution of Punishment, 435 prisoners recovered). 106 people were transferred from home to hospital treatment in connection with the deterioration of their health in the period from April 8 to 11. According to statistics, the number of citizens who are hard to tolerate the coronavirus is 466 people, or 22% of the total number of hospitalized people, 61 are patients in intensive care units, 18 are connected to artificial lung ventilations. 2458 Pridnestrovians are in self-isolation at home.
4766 samples were examined during four days (194498 for the entire time of the pandemic). The fact of the disease in the reporting period was confirmed in 1040 cases.
