Vadim Krasnoselsky listened to reports from heads of state administrations on the state of affairs at the local level. General issues were discussed as well. The importance of the archival service was discussed, for example. Vadim Krasnoselsky recalled that all necessary conditions have been created for the needs of the relevant department – the State Document Management and Archives Service. Large-scale work is being carried out to preserve documentation, including in electronic form. Instructions were given to intensify activities in this area at the local level and increase interaction with the State Document Management and Archives Service of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic.
Another topic of the working discussion was quality control of food in educational institutions. The President instructed to prepare a legal basis for granting the Sanitary and Epidemiological Service the right and opportunity to conduct inspections without reference to the schedule of control measures.
They also discussed a seasonal problem – ragweed, which provokes allergy attacks in many people. The President recalled the necessity of inspecting agricultural lands for the presence of f this weed, which is dangerous to health.
The topic of regulating the number of homeless animals was also discussed. The head of Bendery spoke about the work being carried out in the city on chipping, vaccinating and sterilizing dogs. It was noted that an important component is increasing the responsibility of animal owners. The meeting participants outlined work plans for the week. The President told among other things about the upcoming opening of the Dubossary Memorial to the Victims of Fascism after reconstruction. The ceremony will take place on Sunday, September 21.
