Tiraspol, 3 December. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. As Tatyana Turanskaya was elected Supreme Council deputy and dismissed from the position of the chairperson of the government, the president has signed Decree No. 429 «On the resignation of the government of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic».
The president has charged the government with fulfilling their duties until a new cabinet is formed.
The present decree, published on the president's official website, shall come into force on the day it is signed.
For reference: in compliance with Pridnestrovie's legislation the dismissal of the chairperson of the government leads to the resignation of all government members (item 4 article 7 of the constitution law «On the government of the PMR»). The government members acquire the status of acting ministers until new appointments are made (item 4 article 76−78 of the Pridnestrovian Constitution).
