Tiraspol, October 16. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. The head of Non-University Level Higher Education and Youth Policy Department of the Education Ministry Lyudmila Tanurkova took part in the Conference of Educators of Krasnodar Krai, it is reported on the Education Ministry website.
At the seminars, it was talked about the education of turners, technologists, machinists, cooks and also about the importance of career guidance at schools of Kuban. Not only teachers of colleges and technical schools took part in the dialogue, but also those who employ graduates, that is representatives of different enterprises and organizations of Krasnodar Krai.
The acting Minister of Education, Science and Youth policy of Krasnodar Krai Konstantin Fedorenko was a moderator of the meeting. The vice Governor Anna Minkova opened the conference with a welcoming address. She noted in her speech that the main today's problem is provision of colleges and technical schools with inventory. It's impossible to bring up a skilled worker without modern resource center.
"Graduates have to be true experts when they come to an employer, they mustn't be just rookies with some diplomas on their hands. That's why many things depend on the skills given by the system, on the technical equipment for training. And, of course, this is a task both for the Ministry of Education, and for directors of technical schools and colleges – to increase these operations support facilities," Anna Minkova emphasized.
An issue concerning the interaction between the organizations of Non-University Level Higher Education with employers and switch to the dual education was also raised at the conference.
That's why the problems of the Non-University Level Higher Education system of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic are accordant to the problems of technical schools and colleges of Kuban. Cooperation agreements will be concluded between the Non-University Level Higher Education institutions of both regions for cooperation of pedagogical and students’ communities of Pridnestrovie and Kuban.
