VADIM KRASNOSELSKI: RUSSIA SUPPORTS PRIDNESTROVIE IN THE NEGOTIATION PROCESS

“The main task of the negotiations is to make life easier for the people,” the PMR President reminded

Tiraspol, March, 23. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. The President of Pridnestrovie Vadim Krasnoselski emphasized on the First Pridnestrovian TV channel that the positions of Pridnestrovie and Russia in the negotiation process are the same.

“Russia is the guarantor of the negotiation process, and all issues that are put on the agenda for consideration by the working groups, are discussed with the guarantors, in this case, with the Russian Federation,” the head of state added.

Vadim Krasnoselski noted that the main task of the negotiations is to make life easier for people.

“We should not practice empty political populism. It wouldn't do any good. People are not interested in that. People are interested in solving the issues which their life depends on,” he concluded.

The PMR President expressed hope that in 2019 and 2020 the negotiations will be successful.

It should be reminded that last year, Chisinau and Tiraspol, with the mediation of international partners, managed to solve a number of long-standing social and humanitarian problems. Among them is the international recognition of Pridnestrovian license plates and higher education documents.
