Tiraspol, July 31. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. On the first of August, employees of the Finance Ministry and the Internal Affairs Ministry the PMR will begin unscheduled inspections of minibuses. In Tiraspol and Bendery, attention will be paid to the validators’ working. The financial reporting, compliance with rental conditions in concert with the transport’s technical condition will be monitored on domestic routes of other towns and regions of the republic as well as on suburban and interurban lines.
The corresponding decree on holding unscheduled control measures was signed today by the PMR President Vadim Krasnoselsky.
It should be reminded that on the first of August, it will be possible to pay fares in minibuses only with a bank or prepaid card. In the near future, trolleybuses, suburban as well as interurban public transport will also switch to non-cash payments.
