Tatyana Turanskaya: the last thing we need today is a split and faction

The prime minister commented on her decision to run for the Supreme Council

«Today is a very difficult time for our citizens and our country when the main thing is required — consolidation of the society and all branches of power. The executive and legislative branches must work as a single mechanism to achieve common goals — decent life for Pridnestrovians and prosperity of our country. In this difficult situation, the last thing we need is a split and faction," underscored Tatyana Turanskaya.

Today it has also become known that the minister of regional development, transport and communications, vice premier, Vasily Vlasov, and the head of the government's staff, vice premier on legal regulation and interaction with public authorities, Alexander Kisnichan, intend to run for the 6th Supreme Council.

«Alongside my colleagues I have determined to run for the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic in order to give the opportunity to our citizens to elect and represent their interests in the Supreme Council," noted Tatyana Turanskaya.

According to her, «the work of the government is properly organised and the fact that the government's leadership is on leave will not cause a problem.» During the elections period Maya Parnas will fulfil the duties of the chairperson of the government.
