Pridnestrovian delegation participates in Abkhazia's Independence Day

The delegation is headed by President Vadim Krasnoselsky

Tiraspol, 28 September. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. The Pridnestrovian delegation, led by President Vadim Krasnoslsky, is on an official visit to Abkhazia. The time of the official visit coincides with the celebration of Abkhazia's Independence Day. The national holiday is celebrated on 30 September, also calling Liberation Day as it is on this day that the victory was gained in the Georgian-Abkhazian War in 1993.

The Pridnestrovian delegation was met at the state border by the country's vice president, Vitaly Gabnia, and its foreign minister, Daur Kove, the presidential press service reports.

Our delegation includes the minister of foreign affairs, Vitaly Ignatyev, the head of Dubossary, Ruslan Chaban, and the first deputy head of the presidential administration, Alexey Pakulich. The delegation will take part in the main events dedicated to the 24th anniversary of the victory in the Patriotic War of 1992-1993.

A treaty on friendship and cooperation between Abkhazia and Pridnestrovie will be signed during the visit.
